Most of our homes are on Mount Desert Island, home to Acadia National Park. They're in Seal Harbor, Southwest Harbor and Mount Desert, all just a short drive from Bar Harbor. We also have homes in Ellsworth, on the water in Trenton, and on the Downeast coast near the Schoodic Peninsula.

Several of our homes put you right at the park's edge. Carriage Road Cottage, Seal Harbor Cottage and Seal Harbor Compound all border the park. You can walk out the back door onto Acadia's Carriage Roads and take a 1-mile walk to the Jordan Pond House. Acadia Access Cottage is a short walk to the Carriage Roads. Acadia Sound Cottage is surrounded by the park, and you can walk through the woods to reach the Carriage Roads. Pine Meadow Hideaway borders the park and has lovely woods and marshlands to explore, and Ship Harbor Trail and Wonderland Trail are about six minutes away. Blueberry Cottage, Quietside Cottage, Harbor Watch and Harbor Watch Apartment are all a short 5-minute drive to the park.

Yes. Seal Harbor Compound sleeps up to 30 guests in two side-by-side new homes. "Southwest Harbor for a Group" combines three homes within walking distance of each other for up to 27 guests. Acadia Access Cottage sleeps 21 and has a game room, gym and firepit. Seal Harbor Cottage sleeps 18, and Forest Friends Cottages (two homes next door to each other) sleeps 17.

Yes. Vista Cove is an oceanfront home with sunset views and kayaks for guests. Bayside Cottage sits on private waterfront with sunrise views over Acadia's mountains. Barbee Bay Cottage has its own private shoreline on 50 oceanfront acres. Harbor Watch Apartment has sunrise harbor views from the living room and bedroom.

In Southwest Harbor, Blueberry Cottage, Quietside Cottage, Harbor Watch Apartment and Harbor Watch are all within walking distance of Main Street shops and restaurants. In Ellsworth, Harbor Walk is an easy walk to Main Street, Fogtown Brewery and the marina.

Check-in is self check-in after 4 pm, and check-out is at 9 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs or early check-ins by request. Parties and events are not allowed.

If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you get a full refund. If you cancel 30 to 60 days before arrival, you get a 50% refund. Both refunds are minus credit card processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are not refunded.
